Coast Runners

We are on the road again!  The trip will begin with us arriving here at Camp Don Lee and reliving a few Don Lee traditions.  The next morning we head out towards Pine Knoll Shores for Surfing and a trip through the NC Aquarium.  After we catch a few sweet waves, we start RUNNING up the Outerbanks by riding 4 NC ferries, touring 2 Maritime Museums, seeing 3 lighthouses, and getting a chance to go windsurfing, sea kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing Hobie Cats, and hang gliding at Jockey’s Ridge. 

While we are out on the coast, we will be camping in tents, cooking all of our own food, participating in team building, and learning about the Lord.  Don’t worry about your ability level, instruction will be provided for the first timer as well as the most experienced of adventure seekers. We will have 18 campers, 2 counselors, 1 trip leader, and be on one fabulous bus as we travel along the Outerbanks from Cedar Island to Manteo. So hop on the bus, you will have a new friend waiting to sit next to you!
