March 1-2, 2008

November 1-2, 2008

Click Here for Project Details for 2008

For over fourty years Don Lee has depended on volunteers to help repair, clean, and set-up the facility for the "season". Things have changed! The season in now "year around" and the need in constant. We have set aside two special weekends to focus the wrok of volunteers. WE seek groups of 2-50 to help in a wide variety of tasks, jobs, and special needs. Skill level can nne at all to professionally trained and experienced. There is a great sense of fellowship and of helping where there is a need for volunteers for churches, youth groups, and even families.

Recent projects have included rebuilding the Don Lee pier after a hurricane. Replacing the docks at teh swimming pool, roof repair, painting, screening, yard work, general repair and building new challenge on the challnege course. We like to match skill with jobs. Call us and let us know you would like to help out.

Housing is free and meals are only $6.00 per person per meal.

Christmas in the Country

December

Christmas in the Country is a time for church groups to come together at Don Lee to celebrate the birth of Christ. They will have the opportunity to experience activities such as hay ride, drinking hot chocolate by the fire, relaxing by the fire, crafts, caroling, horse shoes, basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, Christmas dinner which includes fried chicken, pot roast, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, buttered corn on the cob, gravy, and dessert and a worship service around the campfire roasting s'mores. They will be able to choose the activities they want to do themselves and how long they would like to stay here. It is a time to experience that closeness with each other, but also with God who brought His Son into this world for us. Fee depends on menu choices and activity requests.

Call to make reservations for your church family, Sunday School class, or group.

Fees:

Cost per person 11 years and up $7 - $ 12.00

Per person 5 - 10 years $ 5.50

Per person under 5 years is free
