Volunteer Work Camp Weekend
March 5-7, 2010 and November 5-7, 2010
Project List (Click here)
For over 40 years Don Lee has depended on volunteers to help repair, clean, and set-up the facility for the "season". Things have changed! The season in now "year around" and the need is constant. We have set aside two special weekends to focus the work of volunteers. We seek groups of 2-50 to help in a wide variety of tasks, jobs, and special needs. Skill level can vary from none at all to professionally trained and experienced. There is a great sense of fellowship and of helping where there is a need for volunteers for churches, youth groups, and even families.
Recent projects have included rebuilding the Don Lee pier after a hurricane. Replacing the docks at the swimming pool, roof repair, painting, screening, yard work, general repair and building new challenges on the challenge course. We like to match skill with jobs. Contact us and let us know you would like to help out.
Housing is free and meals are only $6.00 per person per meal.
